信義學堂講座「穿梭元宇宙，黃心健的XR創作」Lecture at Singyi School, “Navigating the Metaverse: Hsin-Chien Huang’s XR Creations”

XR Director Hsin-Chien Huang was invited to give a lecture at the Sinyi Institute under the title “Navigating the Metaverse: Hsin-Chien Huang’s XR Creations.” The event was hosted by Huang Chao-Hui, the CEO of AI Lab, and focused on discussing how virtual reality (VR) creations can transcend sensory experiences and narrative methods to create a “Story-Living” experience. The discussion also delved into the artist’s exploration of themes such as life, human destiny, political history, and environmental ecology—issues that are of concern to artists. Additionally, Huang shared insights into his perspectives on the rapid development of the metaverse world in the past two years.

Established in 2011, the Sinyi Institute is a well-known platform created by the prominent Taiwanese real estate company Sinyi Realty. Following the company’s ethos of storytelling and concept-sharing, the institute serves as a venue for conveying important ethical values within society, having organized nearly a thousand lectures to date. This particular event was part of the ESG Practicality series focusing on “Cognition and Application of AI.” Through sharing his creative concepts and processes, the artist responded to contemporary issues related to the burgeoning metaverse and new media art creation. He led the audience into the ever-changing and expansive world of his artistic creations throughout the series of lectures.
